Ordering

Can i customise an order?


Of course! You may drop us a text on WhatsApp (+65 93276552) with the following details: 1. Budget 2. Color theme / Intended flowers 3. Type of arrangement (Bouquet, Table Centerpiece etc)




Can I request to modify an existing design in your catalogue?


Sure! Just let us know what changes you would like to make to our existing design. These include: - wrapping paper - ribbon colour * Kindly note that your request will be subjected to availability. *Additional charges will be applied for addition/ replacement of certain flowers. Hence, do enquire with us before placing an order if you are unsure.




I don't know about flowers, anything goes. How should I go about it?


Option 1: You may choose from our existing designs. Option 2: You may consider our Floreale's Special Collection.




How many days in advanced do I have to place my order?


We accept orders made at least 2-3 days in advance.




How to place an order?


For standard designs, simply fill up our Order Form and proceed to make payment to confirm your order. Once we have received your payment, an order confirmation will be sent to you via text or email. For other customized orders, please get in touch with us via WhatsApp or Instagram message.





Deilvery

How much is delivery?


Islandwide delivery is $15 per trip, except for postal codes listed in the following areas below, where delivery charge will be $22 per trip: - Changi Airport - Sentosa Free delivery is only entitled to orders placed for Floreale's Weekly Special bouquets**.




What are your delivery timeslots?


Monday - Friday: 10am - 1pm / 2pm - 5pm / 6pm - 9pm

Sat-Sun: 10am - 1pm / 2pm - 5pm

*For a preferred timeslot/specific delivery time, do enquire with us on its availability before placing your order.





Flowers

How to care for fresh flowers so that they will last longer?


1. Store your bouquet / arrangement in a cool environment avoiding direct sun, wind and humid condition. Aircon room would be great! *DO NOT place them in your house fridge or directly under a fan as this will shorten the lifespan of your fresh flowers. If you wish, you may also unwrap your bouquet and place it in a vase with fresh water. 1. Change water once in every two days / when water is cloudy 2. Trim 2-3cm off the stems at a slant angle before submerging your flowers in water. 3. Remove any wilting flowers or foliages that would be submerged in water. 4. Store your vase in a cool area. 5. Enjoy the flowers!




How to care for preserved / everlasting flowers?


1. Store them in a well ventilated environment avoiding exposure to direct sun and humid condition. 2. Gently dust off with a soft cloth or use a hairdryer (on cool mode) positioned at a distance to blow off any dust on your blooms. Important note: Do not water preserved flowers. Humid condition will shorten its lifespan and cause it to shrink in size / slight discolouration. Preserved flowers, if well taken care off, could typically last at least a year.




How to dry my flowers?


Right before they are about to wilt: 1. Bundle them with a string. 2. Hang them upside down in a well ventilated area for 2-3 weeks / until completely dried. Important note: Not all flowers can be dried nicely. We'll leave you to do a little experiment to find out what flowers dry best! Tag us your progress on Instagram if you wish. We'll love to learn from your experience with flowers too!




Flowers Seasonality


Flowers are seasonal products, and subjected to availability. In the event a certain flower of a particular design is no longer available, we will contact you to work out a suitable substitution/replacement.




Will my flower order look exactly the same as in the image?


While each flower is unique in its shape, size and colour, we may not fully replicate the flower placement as shown in our images. However, we will strive to design our works as closely to our original pieces as possible.





General

Do you provide a card?


A complimentary message card is given for every order placed. While there is no word limit, please avoid sending an essay-length message. It might not fit in the card. Kindly note that your message will be handwritten by our florist. If you wish to write the card yourself, just let us know upon checking out !




How and when do I make payment?


Full payment must be made within 8 hours from the time you placed your order with us (either via order form for standard designs / orders made via WhatsApp). Immediate payment is required for last minute orders. Payment can be made via: 1. Bank Transfer (POSB Savings account 405-21849-6) 2. PayLah or PayNow (93276552) **Do keep a screenshot of your payment and WhatsApp (+65 93276552) / email us a copy of the transaction with your full name.




Do you provide a carrier / bag?


Every order comes with a complimentary bouquet carrier. To contribute our part in helping to reduce plastic footprint, Mente Floreale is rewarding $1 off to all of our customers on their next purchase if they bring our bouquet carrier along to collect their flowers. (Only applicable for self-collection orders and bouquet carrier that has our brand sticker on it)**




Why is it that I don't hear from you after I place my order / enquired about your service?


We apologize should there be a delay in our response as we may be fulfilling ongoing orders. If you still do not hear from us after 12 hours, please drop us a text on WhatsApp at (+65 93276552).

Where can I self collect?


You may self-collect at the following address: Blk 911 Hougang Street 91, Singapore 530911




What time can I self collect?


Self collection is done on appointment basis from Mondays to Saturdays. Kindly note that we are closed on Sundays!




If I am not giving my flowers immediately, when do you recommend that I collect my flowers?


For fresh flowers, we strongly advise that you collect the flowers as close to the timing you are giving to the recipient so that we can store it in a cool room for you to maintain its freshness. Alternatively, do store your flowers in a cool area (such as aircon room / away from direct sun and humid condition) after collection. Do not leave it in your food fridge*. For preserved flowers, you may store it away from direct sun and humid condition after collection.
