FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

For all orders (both standard & customized designs), do drop us a text on WhatsApp (+65 93276552) to place your order. Proceed to make payment to confirm your order. Once we have received your payment, an order confirmation will be sent to you via text or email.

We accept orders made at least 2-3 days in advance. With the exception for bridal bouquet orders, do enquire at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Sure! Just let us know what changes you would like to make to our existing design.

These include:

- wrapping paper

- ribbon colour

* Kindly note that your request will be subjected to availability.

*Additional charges will be applied for addition/ replacement of certain flowers. Hence, do enquire with us before placing an order if you are unsure.
