Order Policy

All orders have to be made at least 2-3 days in advance for us to prepare the necessary arrangement for your order.

We will not entertain any walk-in customers. 


For any last minute bouquet orders, you may drop us a text on Whatsapp (+65 93276552) to check for available flowers in stock. 


We are also unable to process changes for orders already prepared and/or in transit. Should you have any special requests for your order, please inform us at least 24 hours before the collection day.

Payment Policy

We accept payment made via the following methods:

  1. Bank transfer (POSB Savings account 405-21849-6)

  2. PayLah and PayNow (93276552)

Full payment must be made within 8 hours from the time you placed an order (either via order form for standard designs / other orders made via WhatsApp) for your order to be confirmed.*** Immediate payment is required for last-minute orders.

Once payment is made, a confirmation email/text will be sent to you as soon as we have received and verified your payment.

Delivery Policy

Islandwide delivery is kept at $15 per trip.

Except for postal codes listed in the following areas, the delivery charge will be kept at $22 per trip: 

  • Changi Airport

  • Sentosa

Do note that there may be a surcharge for delivery during peak period (Valentine's Day/Mother's Day etc). 

Free delivery is only entitled to orders placed for Floreale's Weekly Special.

We deliver island-wide except to the following areas:

  • Airline Road / Airport Cargo Complex

  • Army Camps / Police Camps 

  • Jurong Island 

  • Offshore islands 

  • Penjuru 

  • PSA Ports 

  • Sembawang Shipyard

  • Tuas

  • Hospitals (In lieu of Covid-19, we will cease delivery to hospitals until further notice due to tight security measures.)

With effect from September 2020, we have engaged in a trusted 3rd party vendor who will deliver within the following timeslots that you have chosen. 

Delivery Time-Slots: 

Morning: 10am - 2pm

Afternoon: 2pm - 6pm

Evening: 6pm - 10pm

For a specific delivery timeslot, please enquire with us on our availability before placing your order.

In the event of late/unsuccessful delivery, we will drop the sender a text. Our delivery staff will wait up to 10 minutes for the recipient to collect their flowers at the given address.


In the event of an unsuccessful or late delivery, Mente Floreale will not be held responsible if:

  1. Recipient not present at the time and place of delivery

  2. No response from recipient and sender 

  3. Incorrect address was given by sender

  4. Delay in delivery due to building management/security 


A request for redelivery at a later time/change of address will be subjected to an additional fee of $20.

*To avoid paying unnecessary fees, kindly ensure that the recipient or representative is present at the given delivery address during the stipulated time and date.

Self Collection 

Self collection is done on appointment basis from Mondays to Saturdays at our address:

Hougang Street 91, Singapore


Operating hours:

Tuesday- Friday: 11am - 6pm

Saturday - Sunday: 11am - 4pm

Kindly note that we are closed on Monday!

We appreciate if you could kindly confirm the time for your collection in advance and stick to it as any changes thereafter will be based on timeslot availability. 

In support of reducing plastic footprint, returning customers who are self collecting your flowers will be entitled to $1 off your purchase if you bring along our bouquet carrier (that has our brand sticker) on your next purchase.

Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

We do quality checks to ensure all orders are in good condition before sending them out for delivery. Kindly note that Mente Floreale will not be liable for flowers and arrangements once it has been delivered and acknowledged by the recipient or on behalf of the recipient to the designated delivery address. Goods sold are non-exchangeable.


As we understand that plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances, we allow a full refund for cancellations made 3 days in advance (with reference to your delivery date). Thereafter, we will not entertain any cancellation of orders and request for refunds. However, if you wish to amend the date/time of your order, do inform us at least 2 days in advance. 


Changes made within 24 hours prior to the date and time of your order may be subjected to a penalty fee on a case by case basis.

Mente Floreale reserves full rights to amend its terms and conditions at any one time, without prior notice. 

By purchasing with Mente Floreale, you thereby accept the terms and conditions listed above. If you do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website as continued usage will deem your acceptance.
